Attended an interview in person - there were two tasks (one presentation to be prepared in advance and one written task on the day) and a panel interview. Questions were varied and challenging. Staff were friendly and encouraging.

How would you tailor a workshop to different audiences?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Cumberland Lodge (Windsor, South West England, England)
Interview
CV and cover letter, followed by two pre-interview calls with recruiter. Followed by an online Interview with the leadership and board and an in person face-to-face interview at their office. The recruiters were great but the panel were confused, disorganised and incoherent. Each panel member seemed at odds with the others. I had the impression they didn't know what they were looking for and it appeared there was a personality cult around the CEO. The online interview was particularly bad. Billed as an informal chat to get to know each other it was anything but. The panel were unengaged and combatant with the panel furiously looking for keywords to add to their tickbox forms above all else. I had the impression the role was to take some responsibility from an overworked CEO but the CEO seemed very reluctant to actually lose said control. It appears they still have no clarity as to what they are looking for as, 8 months later, and after further adverts, there is seemingly still no one in place.
