      Interview

Great HR staff memeber. Asked me good questions and was able to answer all my questions on job expectations. Worked with HR after hired, dealing with new hire on boarding and documentation. Very helpful at Corporate headquarters.

      Interview

I applied online and was called for the phone screening the same day. Had my in person interview a week later. After a month of continuously being told that my offer was on the way I received a call saying they hired someone else internally for the position. After seeing other reviews I’m disappointed to know that this is not an uncommon occurrence with this company. If you don’t already work here don’t expect to get hired.

We acknowledge our miscommunication and recognize how upsetting it may be to learn of this after an extensive process. We value your input and intend to use it to improve our hiring procedures going forward.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cupertino Electric (San Jose, CA) in Aug 2019

      Interview

After checking in with the receptionist, I got a badge and was collected by my recruiter. The meeting room that was booked seem to have been double-booked and so we improvised in a common area. There were two separate interviews for this role. The first of this was with a person in HR who I wasn't scheduled with because the original interviewer wasn't available last minute, and the second were project managers that the candidate would be working with. After the interviews, the project managers walked me to the exit and we parted ways. It wasn't until later that I realized the recruiter was supposed to come back and get feedback. The recruiter went on vacation shortly after, linked me to their colleagues, and I haven't heard from anyone since.
