Interview
After applying, first there was a 30 minute video conferencing interview by someone from HR. If you got through this phase, then you would be invited to a live interview which has 2 components. You were first interviewed by the head of support services, followed by a more technical interview with the person who would train you on their products lines and call center. The live interviews are laid back and is more of a conversation and then a grilling session.

It was a three interview process where they asked about my work ethic and values and skill level with certain IT related items. It was a slightly long process but very thorough.
