Custom Staffing Services interview questions

i had been in custom staffing multiple times for mining jobs and i filled out a application and paper work all three times too even once online and they didnt keep me in their system or even track of the paper work they would call me for jobs i didnt even apply for and then sometimes when they called they wouldn't remember what they called you for it was nothing but a hassle and un organized they also made you take a placement test which was a joke and had nothing to do with what you were applying for
