The first "interview" involved recording video of my answer to a handful of questions, which was stated to be analyzed by ai. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any mention of what would become of this video, only what information they would pull from it. There was nothing to specify that my video and audio weren't being fed into some AI training model after the fact, but I digress. The questions were fairly basic, you can rerecord at any time, and you have two or three recording minutes to answer each one.
After that, I went on with my day. While I was in a meeting, I received four phone calls from different reps trying to get me to the next step. Although this was a little off-putting, I answered the fifth one and completed the "interview" process. She simply asked if the hours and we're closed were suitable, asked me my availability, described the training process (paid but self-guided), and said congratulations.
