Simple! Individual and then group interview with the whole account team. Questions were basic & reviewed experience and application in new role. Did have a bit of a culture check feel to it, which I later learned was part of the deciding process. Not necessarily bad, but subjective.
It was long and drawn out without having any specific point to the questions. Tradeshows are a very specialized area. Therefore, it is difficult to interview especially if the person hasn't had any experience. None of the upper management had anything relevant to ask. It got to the point where they began asking about my personal life. If you think this is bad, imagine having to go through three interviews like this.
