Pretty straight forward interview process, straight forward, non technical, had two rounds, felt more conversational than anything, they are definitely looking for a culture fit from what I could tell.

It was good. Nice people. Need to know industry very well. Some interviewers were straight to the point and no nonsense. Mild finance technical. More industry specific. Total of 5 interviews including recruiter screening before received the offer

If you dont have a cover letter (or if they lose yours) then they'll still lead you on. You need a cover letter to make it past the screening, and even if you dont have one, they still might call you, interview you, and waste your time.
