The interview was one on one. The hiring manager was very nice and respectful. They do go through a separate recruiting agency with two separate interviews. The second one is with a group of people and goes bather rather quick.

Interview
Quick and basic, they ask a few simple questions to gage your personality. They explained what the job entailed (however neglected to mention it would be literally asking people for money). I did the 2nd and third interviews with a team member and trainer. They were great people.
I opted to join in on. "Shadow day" and all we did for 8 hours was stand outside a gas station and ask people to donate money. Payment is 30% of what you make, and I was NOT comfortable asking people for my paycheck basically. I declined a position and think I dodged a bullet.
