I applied through my college placement cell. There were three rounds for the selection.
Firstly, written aptitude test if you clear the benchmark then followed by two computerised questions where you have to record your answer.
Post clearing this round, three round of interviews.

About COVID situation in your region and a couple of questions pertaining to my non academics interest about Cricket.

After the aptitude round, they want to only check your confidence and current affairs knowledge. The process is hence divided into an associate interview round and then a panel interview, both having similar trajectory.

Quant test followed by a asynchronous interview. If you pass that you'll move forward to an interview with the recruiter.
Interview mostly consisted of questions from your resume (in depth knowledge was tested). Also current affairs was asked, like something related to economics or finance. They were not direct ca qns, but you were expected to know what's happening around you.

Interview
It was a structured process and it was pretty difficult and tiring. Very long and also a lot of logical based questions and case studies too. So i would say it's a well rounded process.
