The interview was quite boring. The interviewer was yawning in the interview and honestly felt the interviewer did not have the enough knowledge on recruitment in the first place. The questions asked were quite silly and trivial in nature. It is quite surprising in the way this company hires. They hire people with absolutely irrelevant experience in recruitment but not hire someone who has rich experience.
