Very unclear process. Started with a Telephonic (hackerrank codepair) interview which got rescheduled multiple times. Then the result is not immediately shared - had to wait one week to get any kind of response from them. Then followed by 5 rounds of onsite ( in the office )
They are never frank and open through out the process - not clearly stating what they are looking for and what the job role exactly is. Instead they spread the questions across all continents and expect us to know and do everything. Even after answering everything perfectly you never know how and why you get rejected - especially after wasting multiple days attending their interviews which get rescheduled at last minute.

The Process started with an Aptitude Round which contained some questions on apti, some on outputs and a c code. The overall process was tricky as they don't want you to solve everything but how accurately you solve and time management. After which there was a Resume Elimination done internally. Based on the Apti Round 12 of Us were selected for the Technical and HR Round. The HR round was light and was going on with the technical . After 1st round 6 of us were shortlisted. 2 got jobs and i and my friend were shortlisted.
