The interview process had too many steps for an intern position with minimal compensation, but overall good experience. The team was very friendly, kind, and the questions were on point.
The interview consisted of multiple rounds with the HR manager, team leads, and the CEO. The process was well-organized, featuring a combination of behavioral and open-ended questions to test reasoning skills. The scenarios provided a clear understanding of the trading operations role. I would highly recommend giving it a try: great interview, great company, and great people!

Question 1
How would you deal with the following scenario ... ?
I applied online. I interviewed at D2X Group in Jun 2024
Interview
I applied for the Trading Operations Specialist role in mid June 2024 and I was contacted the next day in regards an interview. This took place the following week.
The interview was with the hiring manager. I was asked about my background and what I knew about the company - no tests or curveballs. I was told that I would hear back within a week whether I was successful or not.
Sure enough, this wasn't the case. After a week I decided to email the hiring manager on the email I was sent for an update. Nothing. I decided to message the colleague of the hiring manager on LinkedIn for an update as well. Still nothing.
After 2 weeks, I got an automated email saying that I was rejected and that the company has chosen another candidate. Yet, the same job is still being advertised on LinkedIn and on the company's own website.
I don't know the reason for why it's like that, but what I do know is that they wasted my time and they didn't behave in a professional manner. I would not want to work in a company that doesn't respect the time of an applicant as well as not bothering to communicate with the applicant either. Very poor.
