They were not truthful in much of the first and second round interviews. After I worked for the company for a few months I was able to hire other people on to my team and I learned how much we bend the truth in the interview process. We don't mention that thE MCSL is a negation of Oregon's employment laws to cope with hourly pay. We don't mention that after week two you must meet a quota or you're not able to work the rest of the week. We don't mention that senior members are forced to devote up to 60 hours a week (Up to 25 are unpaid). The entire employment structure is very duplicitous and not professional.
