I recently attended an interview for the position of Software Developer at DAIICT Company. The process consisted of three rounds — an online aptitude test, a technical interview, and an HR interview.
In the technical round, I was asked questions on data structures, algorithms, and basic programming concepts in Python. I also solved a coding problem related to array manipulation. The interviewer was friendly and gave helpful hints when I got stuck.
In the HR round, the discussion focused on my strengths, weaknesses, and future goals. The interviewer also asked a few situation-based questions to understand how I handle pressure and teamwork.
Overall, it was a positive experience. I learned a lot about interview preparation and gained more confidence for future opportunities.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at DA-IICT (Pune) in Aug 2022
