The interview wasn't too difficult, interviewer asked routine questions and wanted to know more about my background and how my previous work experience would translate to Schenker. Getting in touch with HR afterwards was a bit of a pain though.

Have you ever worked in international shipping before?
It was easy and straightforward. Just state the relevant skills needed for the role. I was only interviewed by the hiring manager. And I got the offer after three days.

It's a bit long. A few interviews, all of them over the phone. People from different locations, more or less the same background, but all related to the position you're being hired.
