based on my personal interview, i felt it is very open and clear during the whole interview process of what to and can expect from the company. and also the expectation of the team and what i could be tasked to do as well.
Interview was quite simple and only to confirm the fact that I was knowledgable in the tasks requested as per the role that was offered to me by the company.

Interview
There are 2 rounds of interview and each took about 30 minutes. First interview was with someone in the team and next was the hiring manager. Main focus is on how this person can work independently with minimal supervision, ability to manage stakeholders and volume.
