Online personality test and cognitive test. After you pass will proceed to 1st round.
1st round of interview with BM and Director where they assess if you "fit" the job. No surprising questions. Will test your ability in chinese.
2nd with HR. Ran though resume again. Self introduction. Informed me on what to expect on the job.
It was difficult and they asked plenty of personal questions, I was stunned and didn't know how to respond. But they were nice about it. Learnt more about the role though.
