1st stage: calculation questions at home, no time limit 2nd stage: In person 2 on one interview, tour and more calculation questions as well as design questions with a person. 3rd stage: In person presentation on previous engineering work and interview style questions with the director

Pre-interview assessment questions (maths and mechanics), then a 2 hour in person interview with a panel of 2 people which included CV discussion, reviewing the pre-assessment questions and another 20 minute technical exercise (sketching mechanism design concepts).
