Anyone who is invited back on a interview for the Junior Account Manager is given the opportunity to observe the position details explained during the preliminary interview. If you were selected for our entry level sales role, during the first interview our management team explains the nature of our business and the responsibilities of the position, which include direct sales in big box retailers for our clients. We do apologize if there was a misunderstanding about what we do or what the role entails. The position you interviewed for is entry level and is designed to help our team members understand basic sales concepts. At DDI, Junior Account Managers learn our systems with the intention of developing them so they can take on more responsibilities and can directly manage the relationship with our clients on the way to managment.
