I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at DHG
Interview
Had lunch, was relaxed learned a lot about the company and it's employees. I was told about the position and the qualifications. Reviewed my experienced in detail. Reviewed customer base, past duties and responsibilities. This seems to be a wonderful company, doing a lot of good work for the industry and I am glad they took the time to speak with me and consider me for the position.
Went through the initial screening phase and it was concise and direct. Nice recruiter reached out to me first and I was on a call with her the next business day.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at DHG (Asheville, NC) in Jan 2018
Interview
Typical big firm interview, I had an interview with 4 different people, including 1 of the partners. You don't speak with anyone internally throughout the process, you have to use a recruiter, located in a different city in my case.
