Pros
None - the company treats people terribly
Cons
Working there was a huge waste of time for many reasons - Gave false promises in interviews (compensation raises, growth, promotion opportunities) that NEVER HAPPENED -Furloughed or gave pay cuts to the ENTIRE company during covid will receiving a fat PPP loan. The only reason was for the furloughed to get “PUA” and they could have a comfortable balance sheet. We’re financially healthy before doing this. -protected “chosen ones” during the furlough - hard to explain but favorited were protected -promised to bring back everyone who was furloughed but last minute decided to lay off a third of the furloughed work force - no say in projects, hard to climb - they promised promotions and kept pushing back the goal post - HIRED NEW PEOPLE while many were furloughed / laid off when they could have trained the people they already had - DO NOT WORK HERE IF YOU CAN - the company has a terrible culture and you will get burned. - compensation is absolutely garbage and not even close to market (like HR claims). Don’t be fooled by HR marketing 8-10% annual raises. You may get 2% if you are lucky. - laughable bonus amount
