Personality assessment first, if you pass that two rounds of interviews back to back with leadership . Typical behavioral questions. Very open to you asking questions back and very friendly. Overall easy and straightforward process.

Interview
Two on-campus interviews with behavioral questions. They asked about specific experiences on my resume. The interviewers were very open to discussing the company's growth and team structure, as well as the unique opportunities to give feedback within the Emerging Leaders Program.

During the interview process, there were two behavioral interviews conducted by company executives. They each asked about 5 questions, and then gave plenty of time for myself to ask anything about the company. It was a great experience!
