Interview
I completed a phone interview with an external recruiter from Workable. The recruiter seemed slightly disengaged at first but was polite by the end of the call. Nearly two weeks later, they reached out to schedule an in-person interview, but I had already accepted another offer elsewhere. When I withdrew, they sent a very kind email and offered to stay in touch for future opportunities. Overall, the process was smooth and professional, though not speaking with anyone from the company during the initial stage made the experience feel somewhat distant.
