Interview
Technical people are really great. When someone is not shortlisted in Technical review HR hires them :P The reason mostly people are hired here depends on their salary. I would not recommend anyone to join DPL I have witnessed if you are a Top player after they don't need you, you are fired asap
It was a great experience, the interviewer starts from simple to advance level questions. They ask about Data structures, Technical coding questions and database related questions. Overall its a great experience.

Interview
no proper process. they do not have any proper policy for anything. This is so not acceptable.
HR is responsible for everything. She sometimes change the not recommended employees into recommended and vice versa.
