The interview process was streamlined and had great communication throughout. Recruiter was transparent about internal applicants and how it may impact the outcome of the role selection. Had 1 initial screening with the recruiter and a second interview with a member of the team and the direct leader. Interviewers worked well together in asking thoughtful questions.
