OA was harder than the actual interview although they were quite rigorous than I thought. Definitely need to prepare before hand or else it would be easy to get screwed. No quick math more proof based questions.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at DRW (Montreal, QC) in Feb 2024
Interview
Very easy, mostly technical and fit questions were expected. 1st round was CV round. Then there was a 6 question OA which consisted of math/stats questions. Then 1-1 technical interview, where they asked more math/stat questions, and sometimes even market making questions.
