Interview
I received a phone call to set up an interview time for the following week. The person that I spoke with gave me directions on where to go along with the address(a plus). When I arrived I was immediately greeted and waited about five minutes before going back with the two people who would be interviewing me. They described the company and how the structure was, asked about what I do now. Hearing everything that I was doing with my current job, they advised me of the starting pay so that there were no delusions.
