Second round was 45 min behavioral with 2 senior managers, followed by 40 min case study. I applied through college or university. I interviewed at DSM Engines in Oct 2018
Interview
It was a 30 minute case study followed by a 30 minute behavioral with two different employees. They were both extremely friendly and answered any questions I had about the company. The case study focused on one topic and it was more of an interview type of feel rather than here's a mathematical problem, answer it. Still in the process of hearing back.
