Terrible HR department. Getting into this company is nothing but luck. Do not waste your time. The HR rep knew nothing about the position, and was very rude. By far the worst company I have ever dealt with.
Interview process utilized the STAR Method and made you think about a situation, task, action, and result. You would have to explain the situation and break it down in that format.
They use the Star Method basically asking about certian situations you were confronted with in the past (related to the area of the role). There are usually 2-3 people conducting the interview.

Interview
Introduce yourself. STAR format interview with 5 questions. Ask questions at the end of the interview. The interview is scheduled for about one hour with a group of about three people.
