Interview
It went very well, both pre screen and then after was a one hour interview, they asked competency based questions and behavioural questions as well . The interview lasted approximately 45 minutes and focused on my previous experience, technical knowledge, and suitability for the role. The discussion was largely scenario-based, with questions designed to assess my problem-solving abilities, customer service approach, and understanding of finance and business systems concepts.

I applied online. I interviewed at DWF in Mar 2026
Interview
Interview process, which consisted of two interviews, was straightforward. In my opinion both interviews went well. However, it has now been three weeks since the last interview and I have heard nothing, I was promised a response within one week. For the record, I followed up the final interview with thank you email and after two weeks sent an email seeking an update, digital receipts show that both emails were received and read but no response. Today I called the switchboard and was informed that recruitment do not have an outside telephone line! Ultimately, I was connected to the voicemail of both interviewers and have left voicemails. If I am honest I do not expect to hear anything back.
