I applied through college only .process was very simple ,took one day after test was done.First was aptitude test followed by personnel interview .interview was telephonic for us it depends upon HR availability.

Had an HR screening and then a panel interview. I talked about myself, and my resume. Along with this also why I like the company, and my background in engineering.

Interview
It was over phone and then we did an online assessment. The process was easy and they just asked past experience. The people were friendly and had no high expectations from the candidates. Overall easy entry.
The interview wasn't bad. Its based on what your department you are interning in. It usually has some HR people & some managers or directors from your area. Questions are fairly easy, not too technical.
