I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Dal-Tile (Boston, MA) in Jan 2015
Interview
I talked to the sales service center manager. We set up a date to do an interview. I went in the interview was short and to the point. It went well. I was contacted shortly after to be told I was given the position. From there it took a long time to get through the paperwork aspect of things with HR.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Dal-Tile (Seattle, WA) in Mar 2024
Interview
It was pretty smooth and a quick over the phone interview and a person interview
The manager was very welcoming during the interview process and had good communication skills via email for follow ups for anything that was needed before the interview process
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Dal-Tile (Dallas, TX) in Aug 2015
Interview
The interview process was very home like and friendly. It didn't feel like an interview it felt like old friends catching up which I loved. After the second interview, they made it feel like I had the job yet they never contacted me again. I would prefer a more formal way of letting people know they didn't receive the position. A 'regret to inform you' email perhaps. Instead my followup emails and phone calls were ignored.
