It was straightforward and streamlined. From application, to aptitude test, to physical interview, and finally offer of employment. Then it is followed by medical exam and documentation in Lagos. Very enjoyable process, it was.

After 2 stages of online aptitude tests. There was a final stage interview with the staff and human resources. They asked of your background and depending on your area of expertise they ask you specific questions

Interview
It was interactive. I was asked what I know about the company, some questions about the sugar refining process, and about myself like what my strengths and weaknesses are, where I see myself in five years, my experience in a team. Overall it was a great experience.
