Danway interview questions

3 interviews and they take so long to get back to you .. one interview with HR and the second interview with your direct manager then last one with the general manager and then 3 of them decide

First I had a phone interview then was invited for a group interview which had about 15 other potential employees. A very fun, positive environment but also a challenge due to the fact that you want to demonstrate team work and a positive attitude while also realizing that those you are working with are your competitors and you need to set yourself apart from the group at the same time.
