I applied to 2 different AA jobs. I got to the final rounds of interviews for both and was told a generic timeline of when I would hear back and both times received no communication. I tried to follow up both times, and they blatantly ignore me. I had other jobs lined up so I didn't need them, however this is just a reason not to trust them as employers if they can't stick to their work and provide feedback one way or another. I went through 6 interviews for a job that pays 20 hourly...
