Extremely unprofessional hiring experience I had a very disappointing experience with this company’s HR team. After clearing the interview and being informed about my selection, I clearly communicated that my notice period is one month, which is a standard and very common industry practice. Instead of handling this professionally, the HR immediately cancelled the selection and abruptly disconnected the call, without any discussion, explanation, or basic courtesy. This behaviour reflects a complete lack of professionalism and respect for candidates. If a company cannot accommodate or even discuss a standard notice period, it should be clarified upfront before conducting interviews — not after confirming selection. Ghosting or cutting calls is unacceptable and shows poor hiring ethics. Candidates should be cautious and think twice before investing time and effort with an HR team that treats people this way.
