Databricks Engineering Management interview questions

I was a passive job seeker and was approached by Data bricks. I really loved the product and respected the co-founders. However, the interview experiences was a disaster and was a red flag for me on the company culture. I decided to stop the process. In one of the session, the interviewer (an engineering director) was late for 5-6 mins. He did not say sorry or explain anything for his lateness. Without even asking me for an introduction , he began to read from his interview question lists. I can see that he already draw a conclusion on this session 5 mins into the conversation -- he constantly interrupted me. His face expression showed that he did not believe anything I said. I feel sorry that both this interviewer and I wasted 1 hour in our life. Life is precious. Stay away from pretentious people.
