Databricks Software Engineering Manager interview questions

Databricks recruiter SA (his initials) reached out to me several times, claiming that they have seen my profile and I would fit one of their roles and asked me give my availability. After I gave my availability there was no confirmation or email from their end, out of blue his partner calls me and starts asking me all sorts of random questions and she did not even know what position I was being approached for. She later rambled about Databricks hires only smartest people and she claimed that people who cracked Google and Facebook, couldn't crack Databricks interview. I am not sure how that information helps me.
