Dataction Analytics interview questions

The interview had three rounds. First round was conducted by a PM, second by GPM and third by Director of PM. First round was about knowing the concepts of PM, writing PRDs, Metrices etc

I had an interview where, unfortunately, the interviewer asked irrelevant or unrelated questions that did not align with the job role. It felt like the process was not structured well and lacked focus on evaluating the actual skills required for the position. I would suggest the company streamline their interview process to make it more role-specific and respectful of candidates' time.
