Dataguise SQL Developer interview questions

They took aptitude test first which I feel was not required when you have 5+years of work experience. After clearning Aptitude, I went through written technical test of SQL questions. Being good in writing query I tried using advanced SQL functions to answer the query which I was writing on paper. (Yes, no SQL editor) The HR takes the paper and goes to some technical guy in the company for review. After some time HR came to me and said 'Your answers doesn't match. You may try after another three months to apply'. I came back home and tried to enquire if answers were correct. I checked and found i was 100 percent correct in answering those query. So intension was not to select candidate and so it happened. They wasted 2 hours of mine and still expect I will apply' after 3 months. Infrastructure is really bad and definitely not recommended.. Advise: Please value time of other people and ask your technical guys to atleast meet the candidate face 2 face if you are evaluating someone.
