Datatron Operations Manager interview questions

The initial screen went well and they conveyed enthusiasm for the company. After speaking with leadership I found them rather narrow minded, disorganized, and lacking in future success. They have a long way to go in building out a good hiring process and experience, and I was pretty underwhelmed by the overall interview experience.
