Recruiter interview then with hiring manager. For both interviews the interviewers showed up late and hiring manager was on the phone during the interview and didn't feel they were engaged during the interview.

Describe a situation you were unfamiliar with and how did you overcome it?
The process was quick from what I can remember. Everyone was nice and easy to relate interview with. The entire process from application to offer was about 2 weeks. Interviews were more conversational which made it nice.

Interview
Takes a long time to get more than one interview or to hear back from them. No follow up if you do not get the job. They take their time, and most times call you about jobs you did not apply for.
