First round interview with HR. She asked the standard questions, as well as asked about salary and start date. The interviewer also wanted to know more about me, but the majority of the interview was her sharing background info about the company.
The procedure felt underwhelming and poorly constructed.
I was disappointed that there were no questions about me or general curiosity in the first interview.
I would recommend that the interviewers come prepared.
Applied through LinkedIn, had an initial conversation with the recruter. Positive outcome. After that had a cultural / shallow technical talk with the CPO, positive outcome. And lastly a poorly structured system design interview with the CPO again. After that I got the generic rejection email. The entire process was really frustrating and unprofessional since I had to push recruiter for an answer and the rejection reason is not stated at all.

In the system design interview the CPO asked me to build a system for an ecommerce website, and kept changing the scenario as I asked questions. It was really confusing and unclear.
