David Barton Gym interview questions

Extremely easy interview process. I applied online for the front desk position, within 48 hours I was invited for an interview with the Operations Manager. After a successful first interview, I was brought in for a second interview and I received the good news of being hired!

Speak to the traning manager at the initial grand oepning job fair event. They had several rounds of interviews for candidates who showed up to the event. I had only one interview and was scheduled for the "trainer boot camp" that was designed to serve as a pesentation platform for interviewees and learning about the company and the brand. This 'survivor island' style boot camp lasted two weeks prior to the gym opening and many candidates were cut. Only the storng survived to go on to be the initial group to open the gym's grand opening.
