The interview was a two stage process, telephone interview followed by an interview at their offices. The interview consisted of both technical questions and questions about my experience and personal character traits

It was a two stage interview. One with the lead engineer, the second with the technical director. Very focussed on technical skills, and attention to detail. Asked to explain mechanisms, read technical drawings, and identify potential reasons for faults. There is a design challenge involving to produce concepts for a moving mechanical design to see your process.
