Your process will start with a short Skype screen. A few days later you will go to the office for a set of interviews. It is a long visit, 3+ hours, but you will meet a lot of people and get a good sense if this is the place for you. You will take to people who have the position you are interviewing for, team leads, hiring representatives, and other higher management. Additionally, you will take part in a cognitive and some job appropriate exercises. The interview is challenging, but if you don't appreciate the thoroughness then it is probably not the place for you. Throughout the process everyone was friendly and informative, and the hiring team was communicative and reactive to any questions I had.
