Interview
It starts with a more general 45-minute chat about the role, the team and the structure as well as the company and culture. You get access to the platform and share your thoughts on this later, which is a really nice way to take a deep dive into their product. This was followed up by an assessment (chill, not difficult) and a conversation with someone in this position, in which you could ask all the questions you had. At the same time, some mock questions were sent to give you an idea of the day-to-day problems you tackle. The process ends with a final interview with the hiring manager and the colleague you spoke to previously.
This was by far my best interview experience because this format allows you to get a good idea of what this role entails. The hiring manager really took the time to answer any questions and doubts you have on the role and communicated openly and transparently. I feel like this is a company where your opinion and work are valued and where management is helpful in how you want to develop in your career. Also got the impression that the company has a nice and flexible culture.
