Decathlon has a very unique process. 3 rounds of sports followed by sales round and then group discussion. the sports round consists of cir-cute and team sports. this round is to judge your personality and your endurance.
Met with the Store Manager and Operations Manager of store I was applying for. Sat down for the interview which felt like an informal 'coffee and a chat' which was nice. Then had a tour of the store.

It was interesting and something new to me. Different flow of collective interview. And the process is very interactive amongst the other applicants and we tend to know new people at the same time
