Odd. I had 1 interview with 4 persons asking questions, first part was a code challenge and technical questions, second part was a british english audio where I had to understand the context, the audio is not even business related so it was very hard to understand for me. 1 person asked me "what does stress you?", I told her that too many responsibilities, I explained a situation where I had to work 15-16 daily for more than a year because that company was requiring to many thing from me, so I got a burn out... she told me "But I think you should learn to manage your time", the same thing that the other company told me while they were asking me to coach 7 persons, run my project, run some internal projects, do a lot of courses 4 times a year, certificate once a year, to have 2-5 hours of meetings DAILY, etc. This was a BIG RED FLAG, also they send 2 more code challenges by emails so you have to use maybe 3 more hours of your time to solve that, but they are not a big tech company, so I decided to step out of the process.
