I don't know how they got my CV as I never applied directly with them. Somebody called me and asked about my background discarding several positions that were frankly insulting. At last the recruiter mentioned a position in Guadalajara that was no better than any of the other ones in terms of salary. They hooked me with a very dubious claim that the company worked directly for IBM and wanted me to attend a 3 month training session in Dallas, TX. They asked me 10 very simple questions about Java and had a conversational English assessment. They then asked me to fill some psychometric tests and to rewrite my CV using a simple template that had an IBM logo for no apparent reason other than name dropping. They told me that I would have a technical interview the following day.
After taking a look at the company website it became obvious that they do very bland a boring stuff for corporate clients. They are trying to hire underpayed developers with false pretenses of international training. After calling them on their deceptive practices they told me that my technical interview was suspended for showing no interest by not filling their pointless paperwork. I would never consider working for them, and would not recommend this to anyone who values his work.
